As a church we realise the importance of prayer
Prayer is the backbone of our growth and support for one
another. We encourage prayer within the fellowship and there are many ways
in which you can get involved.
In the Bible it says
-
Jesus replied, "I
tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what
was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw
yourself into the sea,' and it will be done. If you believe, you will
receive whatever you ask for in prayer."
Matthew 21 vs 21
& 22
Good Morning Harefield!
There will always be an opportunity to be prayed
with, or prayed for at the end of our meetings. This could be in response to
what God has been saying through the talk, or simply for encouragement and
strength for life.
Our
ministry team are there to
help.

Pre-Service Prayer on Sunday mornings
Come join us as we pray for our church and more. It is an informal time, where you can just pop in for a few minutes according to
your availability, or stay the whole course.
We meet at 10.30am in the Church Office before the Sunday morning meeting. You
can bring in your teas and coffees.
Prayer Chain
What is a Prayer Chain?
A Prayer chain is a continuous line of prayer for people’s
specific prayer requests.
Who
is involved in the Prayer Chain...?
...anyone within
Harefield
Church who wants to be.
If you join the Prayer Chain you will have your name and telephone number placed on one of two lists.
Everyone participating will have a copy of their list.
When a prayer request is made, the telephone calls start across two streams of
prayer intercessors. When you receive your call with the request, you will
follow up by telephoning the next name on your list, passing on the prayer need. You then spend time yourself bringing this need to the Lord and praying over the
request.
Who
can
use
the Prayer Chain...?
Anyone within the church can phone either Jackie Harris or Sandra
Wilson with their prayer request.
Find out about the Harefield Prayer Chain and get
involved, speak to Jackie or Sandra.
Royal Prayer Force
We believe that we have a
membership of mature Christians who can devote time during the weekdays to meet
for fellowship and prayer. In particular to pray for the future of the Church
and specific needs.
