Every
individual is important
We believe that
every individual
has an important role to play in the life of the church.
We believe in the universal priesthood of all believers and everyone has
abilities and gifts to use in and for the church.
Overall
responsibility for the running of the church is with the Church Pastors. There is a
Deaconate who are responsible for the practical tasks, such as, administration
and building maintenance of the Church.
The
Church appoints leaders to various aspects of the church works, for example,
youth groups, home groups. The individuals coordinate the day-to-day running of
the groups and report to the Eldership. |
The current
pastors are
Barry Wales
Phil Webb
and
John Maybury
They have the
responsibility to lead the Church and oversee all that happens at Harefield. They are also responsible for setting the
vision,
teaching, ministry
and plans for the Church, in line with what they believe under
God's guidance.
Phil Webb has
joined the leadership team from April 2005 as full-time pastor.
